This is useful to enable users to vote on suggestions that were made before you used the suggestions bot or posts that failed to convert to suggestions due to downtime of the bot. If this is the only message in the forum post, then this post will be deleted and reposted as a suggestion. If the post has other messages in it already then the suggestion will be reposted as a new message in the same post and pinned. Up to 100 reactions with the default reaction of this forum post will count as votes for this suggestion. The command only be used on suggestion forum post starter messages, if that forum post is not a suggestion already and is not the top suggestions message. Requires you to have Manage Messages permission or to be the author of the message.
